happy to be on board.  it will take a while to get to know everyone.  I am new to the whole concept, and have never made more than x20K a year in my life. I'm making less than that  right now as I'm only working part time.  It's hard for me to even imagine the kind of numbers there throwing around.  time will tell.

John Michael!
Feel free to share the link your documents for review by the group. You have a nice blueprint for SUCCESS!
You're in New Hampshire! Love it there. How close are you to Holderness? Or maybe I should ask you, have you ever heard of Holderness? I spent my summers at a camp there before YOU were born  Evil or Very Mad
P.S. I'm trying to see if I can figure out if we are able to share Word docs on this forum.

I'm sorry, I actually have not ever heard of Holderness. Kingston is in South eastern NH. I am only 1 town away from the Massachusetts border to the south, and 2 towns away from the ocean to the east.

Yeah, it is northwest of you and Lake Winnepesaukee and Meredith but kind of near Laconia and southeast of Plymouth. Actually not totally far away from Maine.

Hello guys,

I'm going to see if I can change my user name since it's caused so much confusion.
I've been a little slow figuring out how to navigate this forum --

I wanted to upload some files I thought would be helpful but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. And when I tried to upload a YouTube video, I got a bunch of code with no hyperlink.

I do that all the time in Outlook and on other forums so I'm not sure why this is so wonky. Rolling Eyes

BTW, I'd highly recommend any of you check out a facebook group called Copywriter Cafe. It's run by a really great man in Wisconsin named Steve Roller.

Lots of copywriters sharing supportive ideas.  Roller has a membership site as well but that's optional.

Hi, Oscar et al.. I'm going to do a little experiment here by posting hyperlinks and a YouTube: Here's the link: AWAI site and here's the YouTube,
You can even insert a JPEG, but I haven't quite figured that out anyway. It allows you to add a link, Upload a  YouTube. Which is what I am experimenting with now. There are tiny icons in the third to last rectangle with symbols. Just point to one, and it will TRY TO instruct you how to do these tasks. I'm still exploring to see if we can't send documents through this forum. . . Jill

Also, if you have images on files hosted online, you can point (link) to them here. This works best with documents off websites you own.

Hi everyone,

This is Mella Coleman. I will put in my introduction, just wanted to leave a post to Ryan Stevens. Music plays a big part in my life and I just downloaded an app called Calm. It can be downloaded on Google Play. If you have not learned how to relax and let the stress of the day just float away, this app definitely helps you do just that. Relax and gain clearer thoughts so you can write, and have a healthier you.

I will be in touch with everyone shortly. Again thanks so much Jill for the invite, and looking forward to working with everyone.

Have a wonderful day!

Hi, Mella-

Thanks for your suggestion about CALM. I will certainly look into it! It should dovetail with my swimming, meditation, spiritual study, etc. It's almost time to walk my dog, Audrey while it's not raining. I am also making a large cast iron pot full of vegetable soup.

Mella, where do you live?

Actually it would be good to know where ALL of us live so we can be mindful of time zones and such.

Kindest regards,
Jill sunny

Hey, Jill

I am currently in South Carolina, eastern standard time. The app CALM is very relaxing, I love it. So many busy hours in the day for me. Yes, never knew how much I needed the app until I used it. Besides the voice on the app, it has great visual effects, of the water washing up on the beach, a rainy day, an open field, and you get to choose which background you want to use. Hope you have a great Holiday, and Merry Christmas.

I'm going to install it NOW. I'm currently uber-frustrated! Trying to figure out how to get into WordPress. Grrrr. Thanks again!

I've heard of Calm, but haven't downloaded it. I'll see if I can find it on the iTunes store. I tend to like anything calming in general. I generally use something with binaural beats though. An example would be an iPhone app called "Brain Wave." You can set it for Deep Sleep, Meditation, Focus, etc.

Mindvalley has a couple of Focus, relaxation, etc. recordings that you can buy, but I haven't sprung for them so I don't know what they are like.

You can also use Youtube for this kind of stuff as well. They have a nice selection.

I downloaded the CALM app on my kindle, from amazon. Great app though, I do like the music from YouTube.
